International Returns

We want you to love our products as much as we do but understand that sometimes a product doesn’t work out.  NO NEED TO WORRY!  We accept all returns for refund or exchange within 15 days!

Please repack your product safely for shipping.  If you kept the plastic sleeve you could reuse it to protect the product, or wrap the roll in plastic wrap to protect the product.  Pack the product in an appropriately sized cardboard tube.  We do NOT suggest reusing the box that your order arrived in because return shipping usually involves more handling than outbound shipping and the box will not arrive safely.

We suggest using an insured and trackable method for shipping.  In the event the package or product is damaged during shipping, we will email you photos to use to submit a claim for reimbursement with your selected carrier.

Once your return is received, we will process it within 4 business days and issue a refund of the product price, less the 20% processing fee.
